I use switch_off Firefox/Chrome addon (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/switch-off https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/switch-off) to keep me focused. Other than that I just maintain a simple TODO text file in the home directory.
