Usage doesn't give you the rights to a name you need to trademark it to obtain legal protection. This is business 101. I feel sorry for the company but this is really an elementary error on their part.
- odensc 7y agoThey did trademark it in the US and EU. Then Apple removed it from all countries because someone trademarked it in China - this is obviously Apple's fault, not the business. If they removed it from only China, no one would care.
