what do you during your breaks? This I think is the greatest pitfall for me. Get up and walk around? I usually find that I just want to go back to work once I let my mind wander.

- nefitty 7y agoI check email, read a bit on info relevant to other projects, take a snack or bathroom break, do some typing practice, daydream, etc. It’s just about shifting your focus away from the main project and doesn’t necessarily have to be an unproductive task.
