Sorry but this is a very uninformed comment. 1) there's no one "taxing" anyone 2) this is not a judgement, its the start of an investigation into rule violation 3) this investigation was launched after a formal complaint by another company. If Google finds others in violation it can equally file complaints 4) it's not the EU doing the investigation, but rather the Irish data protection authority. Please read the information closely rather than just assume it confirms whatever preconceptions you bring to the table.
