They do back them up pretty well...but the queue to get serviced is extremely long. Or so I’ve heard.
- jvanderbot 7y agoA friend had a problem with theirs. They pulled over and pressed a button to connect to techs. The tech ran a series of remote diagnostics and cycled potentially faulty actuators (e.g. brakes in this case). They were on their merry way in half an hour with a full report of health.
- daxorid 7y agoIt's a bimodal distribution; if you have mechanical or electrical issues, they are generally quite good with service. God help you if you need body work, however.
