No country is “sending” anyone. It’s an individual choice.
Some people decide to apply for H1B because it is advantageous to them, but a lot more decide to stay in their home country.
H1B is voluntary
- mrtksn 7y agoI didn't use "Sending" literally, of course[0]. I think you miss the point by a yuge margin. [0] Sending is used quite often in this context, you can google it or look at its usage in this Wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immigration_by_country https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immigration_by_country It's used together with "receiving" and it's used to indicate the origin of the immigrants.
