- srfilipek 7y agoIts legal when there are 3+ lanes on the highway, 2+ on a one-way road (as shown in the spreadsheet).
- Sohcahtoa82 7y agoIn some states, passing on the right is a necessity unless you don't mind being stuck behind someone going 10 mph under the limit in the left lane.
