Arterial obstruction due to cholesterol is known to be reversible with a change of diet, check the work of Dr. Esselstyn from the Cleveland cardiology clinic. But in one of the interviews, I think in the documentary Forks over Knives (several years back) he mentioned that calcium deposits cannot be reversed.
