Here in Oregon the Democrats are further working to create a divide. Oregon allows electronic signatures for ballot measures and petitions - which benefits rural areas and marginalized neighborhoods. But the Democrats are going to outlaw this for the next four years. The reason is to avoid a ballot measure on a new tax increase which the public might not approve.
