Huawei started the trend of laying off engineers once they reach 35 years old in China.
- mensetmanusman 7y agoThey also recently had an internal bounty program that gave workers promotions/bonuses for any internal trade secrets/inventions they could acquire from western technology companies. That’s the spirit!
