Most of the Solar System Should Be a Protected Wilderness
- londons_explore 7y agoearth should be a protected wilderness, and eventually humans will "move out" to leave it in its natural state without us.
- SlipperySlope 7y agoThis has as much hope as 1400's Spain splitting the New World with Portugal. I, for one, believe that the Solar System will be exploited by self-replicating robots of all sizes. Nukes will not be enough to root them out of the asteroid belt or the Kuiper Belt or the Oort Cloud. Its funny to me that we on Earth are so presumptuous to make vast valuable resources off limits to those that follow us, without understanding the tyranny required for enforcement.
