Wondering what's the equivalent in the UK.
- ncallaway 7y agoLooks like it's largely the Fair Trading Act of 1973 (https://ecollect.org/wiki/debt-collection-guidance-uk/ https://ecollect.org/wiki/debt-collection-guidance-uk/). It looks like it has different protections, but gets at the same general concept.
