If I have a choice I don't deal with them. I call them unreasonable people not bullies because they never violated me when I did what they wanted me to do. They were just unreasonable and willing to go to any extent to get me to the things they want. What I did see is that, the people you call bullies climbed corporate ladder much faster. Or if I've no choice, I do what they say as they say provided they don't ask me to do illegal stuff, I keep notes of whatever they told me so that in future if someone builds a case against me I am able to see the big picture with accurate timeline of events. And if being asked to do illegal things, I resign and find a new job. I better sell ice cream than do illegal work for others and end up in prison.
