E4 had many issues, particularly centering on Jaime, Brienne, Euron and the Iron Fleet, and the nonsensical nature of the Cersei negotiation. It also declined to fix issues presented by E3 (e.g., other than the funeral, it was as if the NK and WW conflict never happened, it didn't expand on Bran, etc.).
