- objectivetruth 7y agoI'll go ahead and respond to your shitty bad-faith metaphor: if the pigeons were spreading HIV and Hep C all over, yeah, we'd do something about it. Now that's where your metaphor falls apart for the rest of us, because the way human society treats an animal disease vector is to exterminate it or mitigate it, and our society is unwilling to do either of those when it comes to the human homeless. And I'd wager from your joking treatment of this issue that you'd be perfectly happy voting for the route that completely ignores their human dignity.
