Except Japan's undergoing major immigration reform over the last decade precisely because it doesn't work well.
Not that immigration to Japan even if you're rich and well positioned is such a good deal.
- mc32 7y agoThey have other issues like very low birth rates. Ours is low, but not that low.
- KirinDave 7y agoWe have better birthrates because we oppress more of our native population. Uneducated and/or poor people tend to have more kids because this is a rational strategy to grow a supportive family unit
