It won't be CA that goes to the bottom, just the Bay Area. LA and SD and Fresno and even Sacramento don't have the same problems.

- mateo411 7y agoLA and SD also have affordable housing problems. They aren't as pronounced as the Bay Area, but it's still an issue.
- magduf 7y agoEvery metro area in the US has those same affordable housing problems, not just LA and SD. It's only in the Bay Area where it's really ridiculous because they won't build any new construction.
