Bread in "bread aisles" also feels and tastes very different from bread from a bakery or home made. It's so weird and soft.
- jjeaff 7y agoYou can make bread from scratch that pretty much feels like store bought. As far as light and fluffy. But it definitely won't stay soft and fluffy for nearly as long without the preservatives.
