I work 4 days a week from home, one day off. No commute, having a whole day with my daughter (wife works on that day) and it's great! I also think I will look back at this time and really appreciate my decision when I get older. I also know we are very lucky to be in a position to live like that. Others just don't have the luxury and need to work more because of the money.
