  Mostly yes. The thing is that what we see in 5G with China is also happening in other areas as well, both in IT (think of how much of our stuff is produced in China!) and outside of IT (Belt Road initiative). When it comes to China and Russia, what they are doing is a plan of the sort that can only be done in an authoritarian, controlled state.
