I'm referring to the higher levels of blue spectrum light in the outer hemisphere compared to more red spectrum nearer to equatorial
- leoedin 7y agoThe sun is more blue spectrum than any LED. The only way the northern hemisphere would have problems with too much blue light (compared to the equator) is if it was in midsummer, when there's a lot of daylight. Whatever blue light our LEDs produce indoors in winter is a fraction of that produced by the sun.
