Managing to secure work-from-home employment, initially three days, and currently four days, allowed me to keep working when we hit a high needs situation with one of our kids. Sometimes working less than five days a week can be not so much a work/life balance choice for the privileged, but a work/life necessity thrust upon you by circumstance. So I applaud your efforts to provide more options. I also applaud your providing RSS feeds for dinosaurs like me.
