- chrischen 7y agoThe article says it's actually the city that settled to pay him $25,000.
- dorfsmay 7y agoThat seems very low for 82 wrongful court case, and crass to wait until he is 79 yo and had 2 strokes before they settle. It also raises question about abuse of power and justice for people who are not rich.
