Could you please share tips on how you opted out of arbitration? I’m waiting for my M3 to be delivered, and would like to understand the pros and cons. I’m in CA, US if that matters.

- Rebelgecko 7y agoIIRC you have 30 days after the vehicle's delivery to send Tesla a letter saying you want to opt out (include your vehicle's VIN, and it probably doesn't hurt to use a certified letter).
