That was my positive optimistic reading: "You (Brits) can't extradite him to the US, he has to go to a Swedish prison under EU law [0] (for a month or so)" Even lifetime in a Swedish prison would be preferable to solitary confinement torture. [0] ... Which makes the Brexit soap opera a bit more interesting.
