  > I am surprised Kavanaugh joined the Liberal block on the vote. I'm not. There is a pretty big cloud of illegitimacy over his head. He needs allies in case the next administration encourages some of the proposed inquiries to proceed.

  I think if 30 states hadn't rejected it, the case probably would have had 2 of the 4 switching sides. It does point to the need for some changes to the federal anti-trust laws in the technology era.
