There is no timeframe, but Bitcoin is 10 years old and, trust me, there were enough claims within this time period to come to such a conclusion. Say geologists predict that an earthquake should happen within a year, but then it actually happens in 10 years. Were they right or wrong? In my opinion, wrong. Now what if it happened in year and a half. Were they right in this case? I say yes, they were. Same with Bitcoin.
