I have to stay up to 3-4 years at least in the current company to get all the rewards. This is my first job actually.
- codingdave 7y agoEvery startup hopes they'll be a unicorn in 3-5 years. A couple actually will. Most of them won't. Many of them won't even be around. Don't make job decisions based on the internal hype of where a startup hopes to be in the future.
