Almost certainly not. There is no way YouTube’s TOS do not protect them from that kind of claim. Even if the TOS had a hole in them, YouTube is not acting malic

Almost certainly not. There is no way YouTube’s TOS do not protect them from that kind of claim. Even if the TOS had a hole in them, YouTube is not acting maliciously and is abiding by DMCA.
