Bungalow's leasing agent told me the house had air conditioning. There was a thermostat when I toured. Upon moving in I found out the house doesn't actually have air conditioning. Closing the windows won't be an option in the summer. A lot of people say they are used to the sound and don't notice it. That's just not true though. I've sat outside at a bar and had a conversation interrupted because a plane flew overhead.
