He would come like a dog, knew many words like "peanut butter," was very clever at opening and closing all manner of doors, and was very affectionate, if you were the only one around. Literally would grab your ankles and try to restrain you from leaving. But only if you were the only one around. Incredible sense of spatial awareness and time of day, too. Both seem common traits to cats.
