Looks like it’s a $1.2 million, 5 year interest-free loan to the government of Quebec, not quite a ‘mere’ loan.
- msie 7y agoYes, it's not easy to say goodbye to 1.2 million for 5 years. The outrage over it seems racially motivated to me. It's not like white millionaires haven't bought their way into the country before this.
