I'm not talking about a few local journalists, these are global media empires. The New York Times is a massive organization. The last of the old media guard desperately trying to hold on to their status as the internet drives them into irrelevance. > Or why you would reflexively join ranks with such divergent causes as ad tech and misogynists, assuming you are neither. Ad tech is just a business like any other. "Misogynists" are a fabrication of the aforementioned media empires. Sure there are a couple bad actors but tech is far and away more egalitarian than any other high paying field, a fact completely absent in any discussion about mythical "tech bros".
