Based on recent history, as long as it's everyone except the PLA, the existing Chinese political system will survive. Mao was right about that much. Not that it isn't going to be extremely ugly. If you could afford it as a Chinese citizen, you'd have to be crazy not to be hedging personal wealth outside of China at the moment.
