You can check your site's usage of most of these headers with https://securityheaders.com https://securityheaders.com. HSTS and more is checked by https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/. Definitely make sure you understand what the headers do before changing them. Don't just copy/paste what you see here.
