They could be physically stolen but not operated.
- wuunderbar 7y agoThe problem is that it seems that people (not most, but sizable enough in my city that I used to see it everyday) seem to be okay with vandalizing the scooters. I can only think they’re more ready to do it belongs to a big company rather than someone personally.
