+1 for flexibility. Imo a flexible work schedule (wfh/remote work is included here) more than pays for itself in mental/physical health, lower stress levels, and the ability to focus when needed. I would turn down a 15-20% pay increase if it meant losing my ability to have a flexible schedule.
