- acranox 7y agoCars aren't the only thing that use the streets.
- bayindirh 7y agoEven a simple bike with a relatively powerful LED light (~3W at half power) can throw your night adjustment out of window for half an hour. Your proposal is not a realistic scenario.
- fwip 7y agoHard for your eyes to adjust when a car has got its headlights on.
