Yeah, seems like a click bait. You sue the owner, as he did.
- fatnoah 7y agoDefinitely click bait. The real title wouldn't be as interesting. "Who to sue when an algorithm doesn't work the way you were told it did?" That makes the answer very obvious. You sue the person that misrepresented what the algorithm does, which is indeed what is happening here.
