You might try to enroll on an university degree, like bachelor or master.
In many universities of Europe is free or like 200€ per year/semester.
Then you can apply to accommodation aids and even other kind of aids for food etc.
Start a new life from zero, learning a job, also working (there are student jobs and also the traditional jobs). Luxembourg (where I'am right now) is pretty good for that, there are plenty of opportunities, you'll also be fine only speaking english. Learning languages here is also almost free.
Try to look something like that. Other interesting cities for that are Maastricht (netherlands) or maybe in Germany. Good luck.
- cylinder 7y agoHe is probably inadmissible to most of the EU with robbery and drug sales convictions. OP what is your professional background? Any connection to IT / tech?
- sparkling 7y agoTons of convicted murders and rapist living happily within the EU and not being deported because they would face unfair trial in their home country. Once he gets into the EU the chances of being deported can be brought down to nearly 0%.
- cylinder 7y agoOnly way will be to walk or swim into Europe. He won't be issued a visa. How exactly will he do this?
- badpun 7y agoThe walk or swim (come on a tiny boat) was an option exercised successfully by milions in the past decade or two, the only problem is that after you get in, you're an illegal alien. You can pretend to be a refugee (also an option sucessfully exercised by many), but it's a gamble and it may not work - however, if they decide you're not a refugee, in most cases they'll just let you roam the Europe freely (they don't deport people back to their home countries for the most part), but you won't be able to get a legal job.
- onlydeadheroes 7y agoIndeed, and due to recent demographic trends, our rates of robbery and DUI are too low, so it would actually help Europe to get him in!

- gingabriska 7y agoIsn't Sweden offering asylum and it seems from his case can qualify for one? As he came to the US at 3 and still got deported now his survival is threatened as he only learnt how to live in a developed western world.

- qnsi 7y agoAsylum is not given simply for living in developing world.
- gingabriska 7y agoI wasn't aware of that, thank you for the new info. But isn't his life is endangered as the person lived on mineral water and clean air for most of his life in the US and how can he cope up with a much harsher environment there.
- madshiva 7y agoWe have enough of immigrant, and specially if he can't be on the good way why Europe should give them a second chance?
