I think the best solution to that is to have a "honeypot" account, at least on your laptop. Have a random account with some photos / random documents that you login to by username. Hide the main account's home folder and hope the authorities aren't savvy enough to look properly. They probably aren't. Perhaps add something to its login files that'll automatically wipe the main account data.
