In Canada technically it would be Whoever v. The Crown (Queen Elizabeth).
- heraclius 8y agoIn British practice my understanding is that it would be A v. R.; the website of the Supreme Court has judgements the form R. v. A and A v. Her Majesty The Queen. Whence your usage?
