Yes. Even by being a solo developer for quite some time, I ended up spending about that amount of time reading code, with a good portion being spent reading my own old code. It's been a ramp up of course, starting with a totally blank codebase, I started with 100% of time "writing" code (quotes meaning : thinking about and then actually writing, I assume it goes together).
