- bigred100 7y agoMaybe, but if that’s the sole purpose I would prefer to follow the traditional route of Latin/Greek classics
- alex_young 7y agoLearning a Romance language is like learning Latin with the added benefit of millions of people who can have a conversation with you around the world. I'm learning Italian right now since I live in an Italian speaking country, but I would probably recommend Spanish or French if you want to pick a language with more geographical diversity.
