How does forcing customers to rewrite their code to confirm to this change, improve customer experience?
- blantonl 7y agoMaybe as the technical debt continues to come due with the current architecture, it's time to make the hard choices to keep a good customer experience?
- yeahitslikethat 7y agoIt's on amazon to pay off their technical debt. Not their customers. They are turning off a feature at their customers expense. That's the exact opposite of good customer service.
