- charliesharding 8y agoHow would they get anyone to pay anything if their services are being offered by the government as a basic human right? They lose all bargaining power if they can't refuse their services.
- zaroth 8y agoIf the government offers too little money, the supply drops and you get quotas, waiting lists, and denied treatments.
