Updating your business model to stay afloat; I don't see anything wrong with this. I think the major issue currently with books is that most people only listen to audio books or podcasts. As well as books take up physical space. I regret to say that I too have been buying less physical books because of running out of room on my bookshelves! I used to be very proud of my ever growing personal library... Now I'm unsure if the investment was worth it.
