Disagree. This has been proposed multiple times by conservatives. As part of receiving unemployment benefits, the recipient would have to perform X hours of community service.
- _bxg1 7y agoSo getting free labor in exchange for an existing public service, while denying unemployed people the opportunity to spend their time getting education or training, or searching for real jobs. I'd say that still fits in with my original assessment.
