- jrib 7y agoI don't think it should be only yours, no. If you were primarily only putting your own life in danger, sure. But with driving the way it is now, I do not think it's a leap to make the claim that distracted driving is a danger to not just yourself but to others on the road. It's exactly the kind of thing that the government should be regulating.
