Not true. They have been optimized for decades. Programming language is as much as about implementation as abstraction
- rini17 7y agoNope, only compilers/interpreters were optimized, not the languages themselves. Languages are the same as conceived in the era of single-core CPUs with one-cycle memory latencies.
